Paterson kind of had it made, didn’t he? He was a Lieutenant Governor (what exactly do LG’s do?)...he could fly under the radar, do all these things and nobody really cares...and then...he’s moved up the ladder, probably something he didn’t really aspire to, and then he loses all his goodies, and now, he may even lose his job in a humiliating fashion. They would attach it to McCain, for sure.
