I agree. The only way to stop bullies is to physically fight them, and even then the bullying often continues. Some kids just can’t fight well.

I intend to teach Baby Chan the secrets of dirty fighting as soon as he is old enough.

When I was a kid we had a bully on our block who was bigger than me. He would pick on me, give me bloody noses and whatnot. Then one day I decided to get back at him with a billy club. Funny he ran home and told his mommy.

That ended it.

The irony of these types of situations is that when the victim does retaliate (baseball bat in hand) he’s suspect #1 and usually gets the full force of the legal system dropped on him.

I spent a good bit of my 7th grade year getting bullied by a group of 9th graders. School wouldn’t do a thing about it. I got a group of other victims together & one-by-one we isolated the offenders & beat the living tar out of them. We did more time in suspension then the original offenders, but it ended right there.

That's a great solution. Then Billy can spend a few years in state prison for assualt with a deadly weapon and have 24/7 access to professional bullies.
