Once he knew he would be in the eye of public scrutiny (and his Income Tax info would become known) the O's then donate 100 times more than they donated the year before? Doesn't that make ya feel all warm and fuzzy? Did they sign over a portion of book royalties? Or did their accountant just write some checks?

As a prominent member of church such as TUCC, would'nt he have tithed at 10 percent? Do his other, well heeled fellow parishoners tithe at 10 percent and will they be 'surprised' that he didn't? And if the financially well-off of TUCC don't do the heavy financial lifting, how does the Church keep the lights on? Just makes me go, hmmmmmm...

I do feel wierd about questioning someone's Church, but when you appoint a volatile pastor to a campaign post this is what comes along for the ride.

What you fail to realize is that in lieu of monetary donations, the Obamas, like all liberals in the public eye, have blessed us all with their wisdom and their pronouncements for which we, the great unwashed, should be eternally grateful. In their mind, their mere angst filled existence is sacrifice enough for their fellow man. Imagine the struggles Michelle and Barack have undergone simply so we could recognize them as our salvation! No money can measure their worth.

Truly, I believe that all liberal politicians, pundits and advocates view themselves in that light.
