I agree too, but I am not confident RBG will vote with the other 5 mentioned. Her comments were directed at showing her colleagues the danger in upholding the lower court ruling. She wasn't really suggesting that she would strike down the machine gun ban. She was also in part showing how unworkable Miller is.
