Local TV info-babe says she saw what looked like pistol cartridge casings., FWIW. I'm going with drunk crazy as my working hypothesis. He was probably so smashed that he doesn't remember doing it this morning.
I would like to point out that I was at Church until 2115 and drove straight home. May cats will confirm my alibi. (My wife was asleep, so she'll remember where I was when I tell her.)
In the meantime, let us all pray he didn't have a concealed carry permit.
Anyway, schools are closed. And parents and teachers are confused. My wife arrived at the school where she teaches and the parking lot had three cars in it. Twilight Zone.
