Looking for a fact check on this one.
That’s another one. He credits the Kennedys for the airlift. He strongly implies that JFK was in the White House at the time. But for him to have been conceived in time to be born August 8, 1961, his conception would have to have been in November, 1960 which is during the Eisenhower years. The August 1960 story in Time linked below is about the election year wrangling over the airlift. It hadn’t happened by that time.
