Why would they need a law to make kids not show their underwear in school? Its sounds like want to make a government statement about fashion.
Yes, they have. Good taste is always good taste. If a woman dresses like a whore, she should expect to get hit on by every low-life in the bar. If a man dresses like a Times Square panhandler, he shouldn't be surprised if he's given wide berth by his fellow citizens.
I used to manage a Sam Goody, and I would get a couple dozen high school kids applying for jobs every month. If a teen came in respectably dressed and well groomed, I would give their ap some attention. Sometimes I would even give them advice about landing a job (my store was almost never hiring). If a teen came in dressed like trash and handed me an ap, they would get a polite "Thank you" and they would never hear from me. I wouldn't even look at the ap.
Some of us looked pretty ridiculous in the late 60’s and early 70’s. No harm no foul. Lee County must see expulsion as cruel and unusual punishment. They just ‘Zip Tied’ their low pants offenders.
