PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. -- A man in Prince William County has been charged with raping a 4-year-old girl and being in the country illegally.
Police said Julio Cesar Huaman-Usca, 24, was baby sitting two of his distant relatives Wednesday night when he allegedly raped one of the girls.
Police said Huaman-Usca is an illegal immigrant. He is being held without bond.

I wondered the same thing about the headline. It’s a fact that he’s an illegal alien. Why is it “alleged”?
For that matter, so often in crime stories, they talk about how someone allegedly committed a crime. Somebody could be lying there dead, and the news media will say that “so and so”, suspected in the killing, “allegedly” shot the victim. Clearly the victim was shot and killed in a case like that, but they always qualify their stories in that manner.

I had the day off and started riding my motorcycle around. Within the first two miles I counted more than a dozen Hispanics wandering around the local neighborhood with one man and woman crouching under a small tree next to the road.
None of them were dressed or acted as if they could afford to live in this area (houses are still between $300K and $700K).
I now make sure my doors are locked even when I am home and packing heat. Just a few months ago I could leave my home unlocked and go to the local store for five minutes without a worry.

That’s something that annoys me no end. Some come here legally (maybe) and then think they can invite their entire clan in illegally. They ASK TOO MUCH.
I think crimes such as this "allows" them to check citizenship status regardless.

Is he alleged or isn’t he? If he he is , he deserves the maximum penalty, if he isn’t he deserves the maximum penalty.

We should start flooding these lawmakers with every story about crimes committed by illegal aliens we can find.
You’re probably aware, but they couldn’t exactly afford to live in PW either.
Northern Virginia is expensive so they just cram multiple families under one roof. It becomes a real eyesore with tons of trash at the curb, cars parked on lawns, etc.... Not to mention the school overcrowding and neighborhood 7-11’s turned into “day laborer” centers complete with landscaping that doubles as outdoor urinals.
Wasn’t Stafford looking at adopting similar measures as PWC?

That IS happening here too. There are several homes in adjacent neighborhoods (with smaller, less expensive homes)that now have many people in the homes. Their neighbors are mad but these lowlifes could care less as they seem to be a protected class rather than the illegals they really are.
One of the county board members (R) used to be my neighbor but I think his hands are tied now that our population exploded the Dimocrats have taken the majority and only know how to raise taxes to fix any problem.
I doubt the lib morons on our board will move to get tough on this human blight.
My biggest fear is that someone in my family may contract some nasty disease since every time I am around them in the stores they seem to be always sneezing and hacking and then wiping their hands on counters and doors and such. I do know that rare, almost exterminated diseases have returned here since the illegals have invaded.

Smile...put any negative views on illegals to the back of your mind.
Look them straight in their eyes...introduce yourself as a concerned neighbor that speaks for the rest of the street, and tell them that you expect the curbside appeal of their home to compliment the rest of the neighborhood. Grass neatly trimmed, edged, blown and free of litter.
Tell him/them that you understand their situation and living conditions, but if it means our homes depreciating because he can't pick up and clean up the outside...unfortunately, somebody will place a call to the proper authority.
