Nice to say Nutter acting sane, even if it’s in service of the Red Queen. Previous Mayor Street would have been too busy spending work hours waiting in line for an iPhone.
The Rev. Ellis Washington, president of Black Clergy of Philadelphia and Vicinity, told The National Journal “there is some frustration” with Nutter’s endorsement.
