Exactly!! This is about lack of character, not misfiring brain neurons, or lack of neurochemicals. This is about base selfishness; no remorse. I think they are both too cut-throat to even be called narcissists. That would require some aspect of love, be it self-love, and other human emotions. These two are like baboons that kill their young.

Yes hillary is "mentaly ill", but not with Munchausen-By-Proxy, or has that too.

There was an article and thread a few months back about her college days - she was "melancholy & depressed". IIRC she saw the school shrink and took medication for a while. (really I'm SERIES)

So technically she can't own a gun by Federal Law, but yet wants her finger on the button of our Nuclear Weapons. Hardy-Har-ha.

I agree with your post, but I do think Hillary is a pathological narcissist. I don't think she has a core outside of her ambition and need to be important. There are a lot of people who can leave the limelight and lead normal lives. She is not one of them. What would be the focus of her life if tomorrow her political career came to a close? Sadly, both she and Bill have the ability based on their fund-raising and visibility to make substantive contributions to lots of noble causes, like inner city education, drug education and cessation, teenage pregnancy, etc. If either could bask in doing good without the need to have credit they could accomplish a lot. But the need for credit just seems to be the overriding issue with them. As Peggy Noonan once wrote, it's all about the perpetuation of them.

Yes, quite true. She has shortcomings that are easily within voluntary control. Giving her a diagnosis is using the diagnosis as a pejorative label rather than documenting a lifelong pattern.

Individual behaviors, even if repeated over time, are not in themselves diagnostic. Besides a history and constellation of symptoms you must have either/or personal pain or a loss of functioning.

I think the biggest mistake people make about her is they assume she is as smart as her supporters believe. Just graduating from law school does not make one a certified smartest woman in America. If you look at what she says and does, they are behaviors of people who are over challenged by the people she is trying to impress.

She is displaying classic hubris. Knowing full well that there was CBS videotape showing what exactly happened, she continued to lie, believing that her zombie followers would accept her explanation.

Focusing on just one point. Given who she’s married to and what he did to the marriage over and over and to other women, it would be expected that she’d be mentally ill. The healthy thing would be to have left him in Arkansas after he raped another woman.
