As a Dutch expat living in the US I cannot tell all of you how glad I am to have escaped Holland (hence the name). My 93 year old grandmother tells me each time I call her how sad she is to see the country destroyed. Not for herself, but for her grand and great grand kids.
I fear that the point of no return has long been passed and that indeed Holland is dead. Not dying. Dead. And the Dutch have their government to thank for it. Of course, people get the government they deserve...
