“Random” is the new code word for black on white crime.
Think of it as the opposite of “Hate” crime.
Thus we have
White on Black = Hate Crime.
Black on White = Random Crime.
Instructions have gone out to police departments, newspapers and TV stations as this is now how things are reported.
Yeah, if it wasn’t random, then it was, by definition, TARGETED.
And if it was a bunch of black perps TARGETING a lone white person, that would imply some sort of racial motivation.
