I’m still waiting for “The Big One” (9.0 Richter) that separates San Fran from the mainland and sinks it into the ocean. You mean the one where everything east of Oakland sinks into the Atlantic?

I can’t really agree with your solution — San Fran is a lovely city. If we could only change the population? They love the homeless so much perhaps they should all join their ranks — in Berkeley.
