Let me make this PERFECTLY CLEAR....

Tall Horse was a messenger..I’m just a hick wondering about government officials being intimidated into voting, legislating, etc. a certain way out of fear. That’s it in a nutshell.

Messengers are just that. They are usually NOT well-informed people, carry a message someone has paid them to carry, and are not prone to making their own opinions from being well-studied on something.

You fancy yourself to be a "hick" wondering about government officials.

That is well and fine, I wonder the same thing sometimes, but from a personal perspective I can tell you that if they are "intimidated" it is because they are afraid of their bosses or something. Most "government officials" are GS-xx people and there is some kind of a "god syndrome" in that group. The higher you go, the more you think you're "god".

Not all of them, but a good number. They remain "afraid" of higher ranks. It's one of the reasons I no longer directly work for the Government, but am a contractor. I can get around these mini-napoleon wannabes by ignoring them, or going over their heads to get my mission accomplished.

I don't appreciate those who think they put their pants on differently than anyone else.

but, my main issue here is that this guy is nothing more than a conspiracy theorist.... and they are a BAD lot no matter who they are.

I'd like to know how they would pick him up, and then ski him into a tree without anyone seeing them? Wasn't Bono skiing with friends? Weren't there other people on the slope? I would think so.

There were no witnesses to Sonny Bono's death (that we know of, that is.)

His family skied down the hill before him. He was to take a longer route and meet them at the bottom of the hill. When time passed and he didn't return, his family asked the ski patrol to go look for him. Hours later they found him dead by a tree.

He had joined in with 17 other Republicans to call on the House Judiciary Committee to begin formal impeachment proceedings............days later he removed his name from the list.........2 months later he was dead.........

Bono was also on the House Judiciary Committee, and was the most well recognized member of the committee because of his prior world-wide celebrity status........

The group is composed of 18 Republican members of Congress, who asked the House Judiciary Committee to begin formal proceedings, called an Inquiry of Impeachment, though the response of the committee to the request is uncertain. Leading the effort is Georgia Congressman Bob Barr, who is joined by Bono and Idaho Congresswoman Helen Chenoweth. Barr's focus is on Clinton's campaign fundraising tactics, which he calls 'gross abuses of power and office.' "

Taken by itself, an accident could be believable..............within the framework of a large number of dead people who were legitimate threats to the Clinton Crime Machine.......it becomes an "accident"........

I made a COMMENT, that I remembered something. I checked on what I said, and I was mixing up two incidents that occurred within a week of each other.
