A friend of ours who did the beauty pageant circuit thing in the early 90’s claimed that she and others would get saline infusions into the breasts and butt to gain temporary fullness. To me that always explained mystery up/down boobs like Britney Spears.
I also heard the contestants spray their rears and boobs to keep bathing suits anchored while they parade before the judges.
