Except for a few, Universities are left wing institutions.
The fellow’s mistake was attending one.
You don’t need a degree to get good jobs.
One of many examples, I know a person who has two sons.
One has an MBA and is a lemo driver.
The other son took Russian language in high school in the 80s and after grad from high school went right into the Army and continued with language and based in Europe and
also learned German and later Arabic. After several yrs in the Army is now a civilan worker in Afghanistan with his
language skills.
The high school brother has out shown his MBA brother.
Botom line. A conservative won’t win at Univ. and should find other ways to pick up skills. It can be done.
