I once lived in the apartment building where this young woman was murdered. I also lived alone, was about 18 at the time, going to school, etc.
I didn’t feel unsafe, but that was quite some time ago. It’s a whole different type of city now. Gang Bangers shot up my little Cow Town two years ago. 33 casings found at the scene. In a residential area. At the end of the day while parents and kids were coming home to dinner.
Won’t be long before my town is filled with perverts (we have SIX registered Sex Offenders already, in a town of 6,000) and more violence. We’re 10 miles south of the Free Fire Zone.
I think we’re up to SEVEN unsolved murders now? It’s unprecedented.
