Apparently the government is schizophrenic when it comes to a clear understanding of who our enemy is in the war on terror and how it operates in America.

At some point someone has to take charge of this war and address that fundamental question first otherwise we have a lot of tires spinning in the mud going nowhere while our domestic security is compromised and even our government war activities infiltrated by the very same threat.
