Lord won’t they just go away. Sort of reminds me of that movie with Michael Keaton called “Pacific Heights”. A young couple bought a dream home and renovated it up real nice. They decided to take in a tenant (bad move). Once Michael Keaton moved in he destroyed their house, their lives, and there was no getting rid of him because of the way tenant law is designed to protect tenants, no matter how bad.
Good movie and you are right. They are like cats in heat keeping us awake at night with they annoyances.
