He is the world's foremost authority on Al Qaeda, Dr. Gunaratna, author of Inside Al Qaeda contends that if the US leaves Iraq, it will be forced to return to fight Al Qaeda in 2-3 years. If the US pulls out of Iraq, we would not be returning in two years. The fight will be relocated by then.
