Kingdom Come [Kathryn Jean Lopez]

From the Arab News:

Al-JOUF, 10 April 2008 — US Ambassador Ford Fraker said in Sakaka that his country aims to double the number of student visas issued to Saudis.

“Currently there are 15,000 Saudi students in the US,” he said during an event on Sunday with local business leaders to an audience at the Al-Jouf Chamber of Commerce and Industry. “We aim to increase their numbers to 30,000 over the next five years.”

Fraker said Saudi Arabia should bolster its English-language programs because it is generally required for Saudis seeking to pursue higher studies in the US.

Fraker also stressed the need for popularizing English teaching programs because it would overcome the language barriers for Saudi students seeking to study in the US easier.

In order to facilitate increased mutual visits, Fraker said he is working to simplify the issue of visas to Saudi businessmen.

Will the students have to undergo a security background investigation before we let them in, or are we going to accept these Imam handpicked “youths”?

They'll probably be asked a few cursory questions by incompetent, backlogged bureaucrats, many of whom don't even like the U.S, then given the green light so long as they don't show up to the interview wearing an Osama t-shirt or a bomb-belt.

Under the guise of religion and the protection of our very own despicable ACLU these student terrorists will enter with ease and disappear like the rest, to plot and plan thier next attack. We are a nation of fools!

The United States Government must have a suicide wish or they just don’t give a damn for the American Publics safety.

...don’t think you can simply hang this thing on the ACLU...but I agree with your premise...

These guys can’t play football or basketball worth a crap, don’t sing, dance, or draw pictures, adhere to a medieveval religion which is butcherous in its tendencies, are misogynistic, tendentious, and in general are poor candidates for higher education as it has been understood in Western Civilization for almost a thousand years. Take their money, and then kick them out for inaptitude unless they convert to Christianity or at least to something a little more elevated spiritually than Wahabbinism.

Yes, it is nuts, but it is BIG money for Boston University and New York University and all the big private schools that suck up the cash tuition dollars of these kids.

Actually, most educators will tell you that Saudi boys are often a bit immature. My wife had a 3rd grade Kingdom kid who cried for two weeks before dropping out.

The Saudi Arabians are the worst human beings on the face of the earth. Not one more of them should ever be allowed within our borders until Islam is destroyed.
