The man is insentient.

You could float McCain in an aircraft carrier in a swimming pool and he’d roll off and drown.

I know God made stupid people for a reason, but must it be to occupy the whitehouse chair?

10 billion... So, that’s $100 each for 100 million taxpayers.

Not really. Given that it's Juan doing the proposing, in this particular instance: illegal aliens will most likely get double.

Democratic rivals Sens. Hillary Rodham Clinton and Barack Obama argued that McCain was flip-flopping. Last month, he said he preferred only limited intervention and letting market forces play out, drawing criticism from Democrats and some Republicans that he was being indifferent to Americans facing foreclosures and other economic pain.

Which is exactly as it should be.

If McCain is proposing to spend $3 billion to $10 billion to help 200,000 to 400,000 homeowners refinance their mortgages is proposing to take money from the other 300 million Americans to pay for the mistakes of 200 to 400 loosers who can’t be bothered to learn enough about managing their money to avoid a stooped mistake.

McCain in proposing another give away is once again showing his socialist tendencies.

I am really tired of these politicians using my money to buy votes.

I know I’m a fuddy-dutty, but I always get an odd feeling seeing someone use food like that (like the turkey bowling some T.V. hosts do at Thanksgiving). A waste of good food, and childish.

I don’t know who the next President will be but I do know it won’t be John McCain.

I don’t know whether that photo is real or not but I do think the rule of “the accuser being guilty” has never been more eloquently portrayed by an image.

Nicely cryptic, with just the faintest minty aftertaste of zen. ;)

Statements like this from McCain are why I’m voting for Al Sharpton this time around.

It’s not a reversal, just the lite conservatism of the liberalized Republican Party. Get behind it, and be glad you aren’t getting the full Socialism of Obama. At least with McCain, taxpayers will be helping private citizens pay for private property they can’t afford. Do you really think Obama would let the property stay in private hands? We’ll be paying off mortgages people shouldn’t have taken, so their homes can become public housing they can rent with Section 8 vouchers. Go McCain, rah, rah, rah. He is saving us from a far worse fate, and making the Republican Party safe for Democrats.

there is no "crisis" other than banks and individuals that over extended themselves and now are paying for it.

Of course McCain sees "government" solving the problem, since he's all about "doing something".

How did we end up with 3 f'ing idiots running for POTUS.

His opponents are right. He's traded principle for political pandering. Thanks for the "Straight Talk" John!

$10B for 400,000 homeowners is $25,000 each. What do I have to do to qualify—skip a couple of mortgage payments? Consider it done.

is there anybody (besides freepers) who think it is just wrong to steal money from one group and give it to another?I mean how does that make the country richer?

The two types that got caught were the "get rich quick house flippers," and the morons who didn't understand what they signed (zero down, zero principle payment, ARM).

There was a third type....

Illegal Aliens

Tell the McCain campaign what you think.
He is soliciting comments on his web site:
