You don't even need to use a separate program. Just post a code with a given width such as "width=222" right in the photo and both width and height will automatically adjust.

Example:

Thanks a bunch. I just learned something and appreciate your help doing so. That is exactly the thing I figured just had to be out there but did not know how to do it until now. That will make my posting pictures for fun for all, so I won’t get all the negative feedback from folks who don’t suggest a solution but just complain. You’ve helped me a bunch and thanks, again.
