Even though I have "bad mouthed" McCain [in order to conform to FR peer pressure] .... deep down inside I love this man..... and I always have.

I love John McCain.

I love John McCain

I am really worried that he may ask Rudy Giuliani to be his running mate.

Nice post.

All the McCain bashing really is getting a bit tiresome.

He’s the nominee.

Could be worse. Let’s get him elected now.

Funny stuff. The MSM just spent 8 years building McCain up as a moderate, an independent... THE MAVERICK.... and now... oh he’s more conservative than you realize. What THEY don’t realize is they are helping his campaign with this type of story. I’m sure it’s not their intent... unless some are actually getting cold feet about the Arrogant Messiah? Nah, couldn’t be. ;-)

I love John McCain.

I love John McCain

Keep telling yourself that.
It might even help if you do decide to pull the lever for JM.

John McCain has a partial conservative record. About the first 15 years of his public government service, he was a conservative.
The last 10 years of his public government service, he was, and is, a CINO, if even that.

I have no doubt that John McCain actually believes that we need to reach across the aisle to the Democrats more often and with more vigor.
I just don't happen to agree with him on this.

John McCain may end up being the next POTUS. If that happens, it's my belief that the Republican party is doomed to be socialism lite.

I'm sure that Mr. McCain is more conservative than his image. It's not like he backed bills limiting first amendment free speech..
... or wanted to allow tens of millions of illegal aliens to enter the country...
.. or thinks that government is the solution to every problem..
... or thinks that taxes are only supposed to be paid by "rich" people instead of all citizens being treated as equal.......

The longer and harder I look at this guy, he just reminds me more of John McCain.

It just never gets any better.

I have posted numerous reasons why Jaun McAmnesty is the wrong man for he nomination... I am tired of repeating myself. If people want to be sucked in and stop thinking for themselves so be it.
If he gets elected this country is screwed. Same goes for Barrak Hussien Obama and queen Hitlery.
So basically we are screwed.
I am tired of voting for the lesser of 2 evils. Its still voting for evil.
The source for this article is AP.
The same folks that have been bashing this country for decades... and you want to believe them....

So you go ahead and do as you want. No one has forced you to “conform” thats a crock. If you want to vote for him do so.... Just do me a favor and keep your LOVEFEST for JM to yourself.

McCain’s to the right of Obama, therefore he’s an “ultraconservative” as far as the media is concerned.

What happens to you if you do that? Did they reprogram you?

Just the fact that McCain *may* keep the Bush tax cuts is more than enough reason for me to vote for him.

My family will lose thousands of dollars every year for the next 4 years if either Democract wins, both of whom have promised to rescind the tax cuts.

I told my liberal friend this—her family income is nearly identical to mine—and she was so surprised by how much she too benefits financially from the Bush tax cuts. “Really?” she asked, wonderingly. She hates Bush, of course. Guess she thought only the “rich” benefit from his tax cuts.

McCain does have a very decent voting record. The problem is, when McCain opens his mouth on issues, it is usually media-pandering left-wing crap. Except the war on terror and government waste, McCain never even pays lip-service to other conservative views.
