Where are the MEN from the compound?

Right now all we see are fresh-scrubbed mothers in their missionary garb.

Looks like a modern attempt at PR manipulation.

All of the photos I've seen are of females, where are the males?

At the "compound", except maybe the two that were arrested, not for the allegations of child abuse, but for "resisting" the raid. A 41 y/o for "tampering with physical evidence" and a 19 y/o for "interfering with the duties of a public servant".

OTOH, the two may be out on bail, those being relatively minor charges.

The women with children older than 4 have also been told they cannot stay with their children, and I believe they have returned to the community as well. (Whatever "their children" might mean in this instance).

+++++++++++++++
I’ve been wondering the same thing. TV pictures are everywhere and non stop but the only men seen are those running to trucks after a meeting.

I’d also like to find out more about child support from the state and why there are not criminal charges for welfare fraud being made. Do I understand correctly that a spiritual marriage is conducted and that once the female has a child she applies for support from the state saying that the child is fatherless? Do I understand that this is common practice there and hundreds of women may be getting state support for their fatherless children when the fathers are actually there? I simply can’t understand how this is allowed to happen and why these men are allowed to continue this scam at taxpayer expense.

"Looks like a modern attempt at PR manipulation."

It sure does, doesn't it? Very strange how this type of accusation is instantly accepted and believed. There has been nothing but an accusation by one young anonymous girl- why should this be so readily believed by normally sceptical people? Would the girl receive the same response by the police and the press if she accused the people of being bank robbers? Probably not. There would be certainly more scrutiny and protection of the right to be "innocent until proven guilty", which is enjoyed by every other type of criminal. Surely, we all view murder as being worse than molestation, but you'd think by the reactions of some that the opposite is true.

Should actual evidence be found, by all means arrest and prosecute the guilty parties, but the authorities should behave appropriately until then. We would all hope to be presumed innocent and not dragged through the dirt in the press on the mere accusation of an anonymous minor. Remember the poor lacross players who, had they not had financial resources to pay for their defense, would have been in prison now- they were found guilty by the media and because of the nature of the crime (sexual) anyone defending them risked accusation themselves of anything ranging from racism to perversions. So, those poor young men had to fight for months to clear their names. Also, the Waco fiasco and Ruby Ridge massacre come to mind.

I hope this all turns out to be untrue- it would be better for the children to not have been victimized at all.
