The problem is that in actual fact, Republicans do NOT ren in spending. Under Preidet Bush, domestic discretionary spending has gone up mor ethan under Klintoon.

Even if they could push thru an amendment, it would have so many holes in it you couldn’t hit it with a shotgun.

Forty years of working to get them the majority and in their ten year they did nothing but expand government more then FDR. Those are the facts. Ask them why we should believe them now?
