While the mystery woman's name has not been revealed and the strange incident has been hushed up, administration sources claim that sneaky Democrats cooked up the botched scheme, hoping to create a Monica Lewinsky-type scandal and unseat Bush.

Clinton did not commit an impeachable crime because of anything he did with Monica Lewinski. He commited an impeachable crime because, when asked about Lewinski in a deposition in a lawsuit against him for sexual harassment, he lied under oath.
