I guess most of us, even those who have lived in TX don’t know the age of consent because we aren’t having sex with anyone under that age so it hasn’t been important for us to know! ;)

I’m sure all the “fer the chilrun” folks will be wildly applauding this BUT it stinks!

Now you can/cannot be taken from your mother depending on who/whoisn’t yer daddy?

Now if there is something some folks don’t agree with about the way you pray, the court can order you to be “monitored”?

We’ve seen it over and over again. ALL of OUR RIGHTS get eroded because of a couple fruit loops living in the backwoods somewhere!

It STINKS TO HIGH HEAVEN!!

You have no basis to use the term "prey".

This whole thing started as hoax, a fake complaint, haven't you been keeping up?

This was a privilege, not a right, as they are in the protective custody of the State of Texas.

THE GOVERNMENT HAS THE RIGHT TO SIEZE YOUR CHILDREN WITHOUT DUE PROCESS (what 4th Ammendmend right?) and you see nothing wrong with this?

The Federal government had no right to violate the 4th Amendment with impunity, which is what they did. If anyone of you Government supporters had ONE time dealt with your states Child Protective Services agency, or what-ever it is called, I dare say not a single one of you would be cheering this raid on.

You expect me to believe that this agency investigated and got search warrants for every child they abducted from the parents? Why are you people so happy they VIOLATED EVERY PARENTS RIGHTS TRYING TO FIND THE ONE GIRL WHO WAS SUPPOSEDLY MOLESTED?

Shameful ignorance of the Constitution.

Keep up. The mothers won’t claim their children. The children don’t know who their mothers are.

Probably came via the ACLU attorneys, as directed from ‘the ranch.’

Judge Walther allowed them to stay with their children. Now, she will have another hard decision to make.

I know, I know. I have been following this story closely. The truth of all this will come out (I hope). All in all, it seems strange about the pregnacies, etc., but we’ll wait and see.

Are these DNA test for any other reason than to prove the promiscuity of the mothers?

I can’t believe people are complaining about anybody wanting to pray privately

I don't believe that it is so much they can't pray alone- I bet they can't do anything alone. The mothers and children should be under supervision at all times. They are trying to find out exactly whose biological children they are, since no one will say (even if they know). The whole point of separating the mothers and children were so the mothers couldn't put “talking points” into the childrens mouths.

As for why they took all 400 kids- they have to. If you have a possible case of child abuse you don't just take the possibly abused child- you take all the children from that family. Since these children don't know or won't say who their mothers and fathers are- the state must take them all and then sort them out.
One of the ex FDLS women said on tv yesterday that she though Tx would find out that the compound doesn't have a family tree- they have a family wreath. They are all connected to each other.

All of our rights are eroded because the State of TX enforces laws against child rape?
