LOS ANGELES, April 21 (UPI) -- Los Angeles is at the leading edge of a U.S. demographic trend, with half of its workforce immigrants, many of them unskilled and speaking little English.
As baby boomers retire, the same pattern will emerge across the country, the Los Angeles Times reported Sunday. Demographers estimate that by 2025 most of the growth in the workforce will be from immigrants.

Just more proof to buttress the claim that LA is becoming a third-world city.
America used to get the best of the immigrants, now we get illiterate peasants who would just as soon free-load on our tax dollars as perform a day’s work. And I’ve been telling people here in Southern California, especially those mindless liberals who facilitate all this, that they have no idea how corrupt this place is becoming, and how poorly they will be treated as the Mexicans take over more and more of the state.
