Rival factions... fought each other with rifles and machine guns That can't be right. It is illegal to own a firearm in Mexico. No doubt they bought them at a gun show in the USA. We need to close that loophole so this out of control violence can be stopped! /s/

Ugh...I’m sure we’ll be hearing many more of the same kind of excuses in the future....McCain got thousands of letters applying. I thought his political career was done then. Wishful thinking.

Yeah...if I am facing someone armed with a firearm, knife, or even a rock- I would sure want to be armed with a paint ball gun so I could defend myself. Not! I travel the border smuggler routes regularly and I carry- but not a paint ball gun.
The government really wants to recruit military veterans fo BP careers; and can’t seem to figure out why they are having a hard time recruiting enough to fill the openings- I can only imagine how successful recruiting will be if they tell them they will be armed with a paint ball gun.
