I guess child neglect is a pretty low priority. They have parking tickets to write, and then there are the jaywalkers.

For crying out loud, start with one. Then do another one. Then another. One young soul at a time. Serve and protect, man.

Seems to me that aggressive prosecution would pay for itself in savings on welfare payments to all the “single” mothers, and disability and medical payments for all the fumarase deficient children, and various social services and incarceration costs for all the dumped boys.
