I think Uncle Jeremiah will fill in some background. Which is to say, the hate mongering demagogue will indicate what in fact Barry did hear and when he heard it.

Think, he hasn’t even been laundered thru Ayers and Rezko yet.

Agreed. He lied to us then and he's lying to us now. All Obama has been selling the American people to date is snake oil. And they've discovered the snakes he's surrounded himself with and they don't like it very much. Or else Obama wouldn't have been forced to repudiate Jeremiah Wright.

Obama joined Wright’s church to get political connections and hoped the radical nature of the Pastor would not become a big issue. It did.

The left and the media went after Trent Lott with both barrels. Yet Obama......

Heads up!

This is a well-calculated ruse.

Did you hear the code words of Rev, Wrong: that obamama needs to say “whatever he needs to get elected”

That is the permission he is giving obmama – to say whatever he must to get elected.
They’ve hatched a plan: the Rev. Wrong comes out and makes it abundantly clear that he’s an outrageous, American hating racist. Then obamama will come out and ‘condemn’ him = wink-wink = thus putting daylight between him and the Rev.

BUT, it’s not a question of does obamama agree with the Rev, Wrong – condemn him all he wants. He STILL remains committed to the church. THAT is where attention now needs to be turned. What does the church espouse?

Let’s get the website out = the church espouses

http://www.tucc.org/about.htm

“We are a congregation which is Unashamedly Black and Unapologetically Christian... Our roots in the Black religious experience and tradition are deep, lasting and permanent. We are an African people, and remain “true to our native land,” Africa.

We must ask: “Is that why you don’t salute the American flag?”

We must ask: “Is that why you have stated your goal of rebuilding Africa?”

We must ask: “As you going to rebuild Africa with our tax money saved from your other goal of dismantling the military?”

Now is the golden opportunity to connect obamama with the church he has stated his continued allegiance too. It’s more than his long friendship with the pastor – it’s the stated tenets of his church which he still clings to.

Let’s point this out to Hannity, Rush et al – Let’s not let this golden egg slip away.

If Obama hadn't egregiously blundered with his statement about his grandmother and his comments about "typical white people" and bitter small town Americans, I think I would actually be inclined to take him at his word.

However, when you factor in those off the cuff statements, as well as his associations with such characters as Bill Ayers, it's clear that this persona he's crafted as a postracial unifier is rubbish. The man is simply a very smooth and polished liar.

Note also that Obama is outraged only after Wright said some unflattering things about Obama. Apparently, the fact that Wright spews anti-American venom does not prompt Obama to disown him. But if Wright says a few unflattering things about Obama.... Well, Obama is “outraged.”

Am I the only one that spotted the obscene gesture in this picture. I bet the Rev. noticed it.

There is nothing Obama can say or do to convince you. Your mind is made up.

When Hillary is President and she does what she is going to do, perhaps then you may re-evaluate your hardened positions.

There's no positive way out for Obama. The image of the new, fresh voice promoting unity and eschewing political calculation and insincerity is gone, for good.

But the legions will still flock to him - the ones that secretly (or not so secretly) support the elitist and anti-American tone occasionally peeking out of the the campaign.

At least Obama never said “macaca,” though. (Extreme sarcasm!)

Obama, Wright, and Honesty [Rich Lowry]

What’s been most disturbing about this entire episode is how dishonest Obama has been, from his pretense that he didn’t know about Wright’s radicalism to his excuse now that Wright has somehow become a different person. How insulting that he thinks we’d buy any of this. I was struck in the FNS interview how, when asked what controversial statements he had heard from Wright, he said Wright would talk “about some of the problems in the black community in very controversial ways.” He probably did—but these were the most controversial things Obama heard? He was obviously trimming, trying to make Wright sound like an equal-opportunity hater. The simple thing for Obama to have done would have been to tell the truth from the beginning and say that he had made a mistake in staying at the church for so long, but he did so for complicated reasons that he could have spelled out in eloquent terms that would have made the press swoon. Instead, he did his dance in Philadelphia and uttered that line that will now haunt him. So now is Obama disowning the black community?

(can you imagine what he and the “Black caucus” will do if he is elected????)

If this is an example of his 'judgment',,,he ought to remove himself from the race right now.

Heck, he hasn't even addressed a bigger problem yet--his 'friend', the unapologetic, bomb-throwing TERRORIST Willam Ayres!!!
