For hillary to take the VP slot means that the loyal clintonistas would be out of the appointments.

If Hillary does not get the nomination, she will have enough delegates and popular votes and big state victories, to insist that they cannot win without her (there would be an implied threat that she would actually undermine Obama to have a shot in 2012). They would put her in the VP slot to heal the party.

She would want the VP slot because it would make her once again the presumptive nominee. Even if she never gets to be president, Bill can make tons of money trading on her potential to become president. That is afterall why the Saudis, Chinese, and various other criminals are paying Bill now. Hillary was widely considered to be the next president. They just wanted to purchase a piece of her and perhaps a pardon. Being the presumptive next president can be very profitable.

On the other hand, if Hillary slinks back to the Senate, she becomes Ted Kennedy whose time is passed. Bill's millions will dry up. Michelle Obama becomes the next female candidate with a realistic chance

It's obvious that you have your own world and don't let reality inside. That's why you just blew off every single reason I gave you why Rush is not and will not be to blame, and instead just went on a twisted, convoluted rant imagining Rush ruined Mitt's chances by talking about legitimate conservatives' enthusiasm about Fred.

It's amazing to me how some people are as scared of the Clintons as kids are of monsters in the closet. You're already wetting your pants about her before she even takes an electoral vote lead! Hillary is NOT Bill, and she proved it in losing the sense of inevitability over the issue of Spitzer's licenses for illegals.

McCain CAN beat Hillary, but not the way he's running now. If he can't do it, that's not Rush's fault. RUSH ISN'T RUNNING!
