Sounds to me like certain people are trying to minimize the info coming out which is not only saying that the supposed global warming will stop but that we are in for at least 30 years of serious cold ass weather.
Let the spin begin. There is too much scientific grant money at stake to admit that GW is hoax.
The AGW racketeers are wording it so they get to continue hyping this "problem" for the next 10 yr (at least) despite accumulating evidence that it is nonexistent. If a Demonrat (or McCain) is elected, policy decisions will be made based on the AGW lie, which will never be reversed, because govt. programs are never terminated.
These guys are so damn obvious --- keep the scam going regardless of what's really happening.
But no, when something they perceive as good happens, why it is a natural phenomenon. Only bad is caused by humans.

If man-made carbon emissions are as detrimental to the environment as they have led us to believe, you would think that the effect would be strong enough to overcome any natural process. But now they concede that the planet’s climate is more complex than their “hockey stick” models. What are we to conclude then? Could we be talking about the beginning of another Ice Age in the year 2016 if the warming doesn’t “pick up”? Are they so sure, in light of this “new” finding, that atmospheric greenhouse gasses have ever been the critical cause of climate change on Earth? If this model of the moderating effect of ocean behavior is actually low by a factor of less than 5 all of the predictions of doom from global warming in this century are crap!
Whatever direction they take "scientific opinion" you can be sure the conclusions will be STOP WESTERN FOSSIL FUEL USE, LIMIT FREE ENTERPRISE and INCREASE GOVERNMENT CONTROL OF NATURAL RESOURCES!

And the really, really sad thing is that most people would have bought that line — despite the fact that there’s more CO2 in the air than ever before.
And you have proof for this statement? Ever before is a long time. It seems to me that there have been all sort of effort to curb CO2 emission and now you are telling me that nothing we have done has done any good at all. Just why should anyone even bother to try?
What about when volcanoes erupt? Just a drop in the bucket compared to what my car spews out. I think not.
Or maybe, CO2 is not the problem. Just maybe there is no problem. Good news is always natural a phenomenon, but bad news is always caused by humans. Is that your theory?
If you were to look back at my (multitudinous) posts on this subject — you'll see that my bona fides are in order. We're in total agreement on the subject.
