Why not? She was convicted of racketeering and money laundering a couple of weeks ago. I think she was facing some serious time.
She was facing serious crimes, but from what I gathered of her character, she didn’t seem like the kind of person that would have been afraid of going to jail. Maybe I’m wrong....
