Simply appalling. How much training do these 911 operators get?? Why would she ever think that the man who called 911 was the bad guy?? It depends on the city, but I know that many 911 operators are still eligible for food stamps while working a 40 hour week, so you can figure out a lot from that. I've known some excellent 911 people, and some that are hopeless.
