If these are mostly libertarian types, they could be looking to vote for the Democrat candidate anyway.
Libertarians aren't going to vote for the dem. They probably won't vote for McCain, either.

Just going by past election cycles.
In the past many boast of voting for the Democrat, so after several times of seeing such posts, I believe a number of them really do.
It WOULD indeed be nice if I was wrong.
