Thats exactly what I expect Boris to do. Run the city in the old Guiliani model. He has already come out and said his main focus at first is getting a reduction in knife crime, and making the streets a bit safer.
He doesn’t really think before speaking, but then that often means he just speaks undiluted truths; then again, sometimes its simply insane bumblings!!
