Interesting background, he attended Eton and studied Classics at Oxford before becoming a journalist.
As for Red Ken, I'm sure there is a place for him in the Obama campaign if he wants it.

Ken made the mistake of pissing off half of London by extending the congestion charge further into the West End. He’s also been beset by charges of cronyism.
