Haha. Funny thing is, those are probably some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet.

Wait a sec here — just because someone hasn’t been to college doesn’t make them ignorant. Or stupid.

I’ve met PhD’s who believe some of the most outlandishly stupid things and folks who just finished the eigth grade who are wicked-fast at reckoning in their heads.

There’s plenty of folks here in the US who have been educated beyond the bounds of common sense.

The term “college education” became an oxymoron starting in the 1960s - an morphed into a “liberal / elitist introduction”

There's a big split between undergraduate degrees, graduate degrees, and doctorate degrees.

I'm interested to see what the split is between the types of degrees. Engineers, Business, Liberal Arts, Teaching, Law, medical, etc.

Another conclusion one might draw from this poll is whether one gets educated in modern American universities, or brainwashed.

McCain has a 23-percentage point lead against Clinton among whites who have graduated not been indoctrinated by liberal professers in college, but just an eight-point margin over Obama with that group.

My daughter is graduating one week from today, and by the way she talks, many college kids are just as blind as the DUmmies, KOmmies and HUffpo whackos.

Disdain for the lower middle- and working classes by left-leaning elitists is not new:
"What can you say to the elections in the factory districts? Once again the working class has discredited itself terribly...Everywhere the working class is the rag, tag and bobtail of the official parties, and if any party has gained strength from the new voters it is the Tories..."--Karl Marx, in a letter, 1868

"The industrial proletariat, far from being the revolutionary vanguard of society [is] its dumb rearguard." --Daniel "Danny the Red" Cohn-Bendit, leader of the leftist revolt in France in May, 1968

"...The AFL-CIO has lived happily in a society which, more lavishly than any in history, has managed the care and feeding of incompetent white people."--Murray Kempton, quoted in Beichman, Arnold, Nine Lies About America (New York: Library Press, 1972)

Finally! A failure of the leftist NEA public education system we can be thankful for.

No argument - the worst of the worst is centered in the softer (non-technical) “social sciences” including economics, geography, history, political science, psychology, social studies, and sociology - and unfortunately all degree plans require these types of generic electives

"...the “educated beyond intelligence” crowd."

LOL.

Information overload psychosis and self-autistisizing (new description for isolationist snob or parallel universe nerds)should be symptoms in the mental diagnostic manual.

So, where is the “less-educated” black poll???

Can you imagine such a poll wrt: Republican candidates?
Al Sharpton would shut down the city in outrage.

The only thing this election is accomplishing is dividing us up so badly we’ll never fix it.

We've been divided for some time. It's just that no one wanted to admit it.

Now, because we've had our heads in the sand so long, radicals and minority racists are rising up with new found power from the benefits of favorable legal rights and sympathetic whites.

Less educated, poorer whites whose needs are practically ignored in comparison don't like to be chastised and marginalized.

Since many of them don't feel like they are less worthy because of their race and culture (haven't been brainwashed by universities) or that they have had a direct hand in many problems facing others outside their communities, they are rebelling and deservedly so.

I'm a Memphis boy myself, which is why I take such offense at Bah-Rawk's idiotic statement. They could be family...

Although I will say I've met great folks all over the states. Maybe it's just American pride. A rat wouldn't recognize it if it stepped on him.

Agreed. This just proves what liberal brain washing is doing to college students.

"...presidential nominee John McCain would get more votes than Hillary Rodham Clinton from white voters who have not finished college, 43 percent to 30 percent. Barack Obama would do even worse than Clinton..."

Well gee-whiz... perhaps the "uneducated" enjoy the idea of keeping more of their paycheck and not giving it to the Liberal-Plantation-Narcotic-Welfare-Machine!
