Don’t feel like looking for it, but in one of the earlier Flds threads when someone mentioned welfare fraud I brought up Al Capone and getting him on tax evasion. Wasn’t what they wanted him for, but it worked and was effective.
Yep, and Syphilis kept that incarceration from being the slap on the hand it might have been, since there wasn’t an effective treatment for it. He was going to die anyway, and that way he got to wallow in his pain rather than distracting himself and infecting other people.
