They deserve to be fired to lying to their employers.
The law requires that employees have time off (unpaid) to go to the poll to vote. There is NO requirement to permit time off (especially paid-sick-leave) for Democrat Knock-and-Drag efforts going door to door.

According to something I read the other day, Obama did badly in a recent primary because he didn’t offer as much walking around money as people expected. No doubt he learned his lesson.

Right now the Party isn’t funding A candidate. When the race is against the Republicans, there will be money to the ward bosses.
