She’s gotta do what she’s gotta do. It’s her turn.

Last I heard, Daschle was panhandling for spare change in Mitchell, SD, right outside the Cabelas store.

So much for the “every vote must be counted” party.
Rejecting votes from whole states merely because they were a few days too early was an insane move.

The former South Dakota senator said he was amazed at the number of undecided superdelegates that have called him in the last 24 hours saying that it would be an "absolute disaster." But was he deeply saddened?

That's the last straw. I was staying out of this race until reading this. Now I really hope Hillary wins by doing exactly what this article talks about, just to see Daschle DEEPLY SADDENED before and at the convention.

The Disaster is the DNC selection process:
1) The agreed up on rules took only 50% of delegates from any state that jumps the super tuesday gun.
2) The Rules and Bylaws committee changed the agreed up on rules in Dec 2007 to take all the delegates away from Fl & Mi.
3) The Rules and Bylaws committee will most likely re-grant some to many of the delegates in May.

Awright, I missed something.
AFAIK, MI and FL changed their primary dates - and that’s the extent of their transgression. Why does the (D) party think that’s so bad (so much so that they would disenfranchise all voters from two whole states), or is there more to the story that I missed?

The convention disaster won’t be Clinton’s fault but will be certainly due to Dean’s poor leadership. What a moron.

...undecided superdelegates would be more than "ticked" if the Clinton campaign tries to force the so-called "nuclear option" and encourages the Rules and Bylaws committee, which meets May 31st, to seat the Florida and Michigan delegates. In other words, for the good of the Democrat party, it is absolutely essential that the voters in two major states be disenfranchised.
Whattaparty!!!

It sounds like Daschle wants the rat nominee “selected, not elected” by the superdelegates.
