Agreed. There are much bigger ones out there, but I think those started off naturally huge, DD or bigger, and they did implants just to lift them and make them over the top big.
This woman might of had nothing to begin with so we are talking going from flat to basketballs.

I read a book awhile back called "Mutants." It was an overview of the kinds of genetic mutations that pop up now and again in people. Albinism, piebald, multiple digits, even Siamese twins were discussed. Also mentioned was a mutation that occurs in women that is expressed in two ways: not real tall, and BIG breasts. Abnormally big.

When I was in jr. high, there was a girl in my class who was short (wore platform shoes all the time, and she still couldn't look people in the eye), and she was immensely endowed, to the point where you almost felt bad for her. (Granted, this was jr. high, so getting from the "Dang, lookit them!" to any kind of emotion that originated above the waist was a big stretch.) I'm convinced that she had that mutation. There was a pic someone posted some months back of a "tsunami survivor" that looked similar. Nice girl, though, but going through life with headlights like that had to be rough...
