Apparently they take it as fact that lots of seniors were confused by the butterfly ballot, when no evidence was ever presented that that had happened. Even if a handful of drunk or cross-eyed voters got confused, they were greatly outnumbered by the people voting multiple times on the Democrat side and by the number of unmarked ballots which were deemed to be votes for Gore by the officials who pored over the ballots during the recount.
They take it for granted that the military ballots should not have been counted.
Do they even mention the deliberately mendacious way the media called the state for Gore while the polls were still open in the Panhandle counties? That was estimated to have cost Bush 10,000 votes.
