Prayers up!
Lord God, You alone are Creator. You alone are Redeemer. You alone have the plan. All that which seeks to mock You will be shown for what it is - but a puff of air with no lasting effect. Lord God, You have purposed this country, founded on Your principles to be Your instrument. Isaiah 61 was the Scripture with which Jesus launched His ministry. His stated mission was to set the captives Free. In Isaiah 58 we have our marching orders. The type of fasting which is pleasing to God is this - once we are set free, we are to set others free as well. Lord God, You know that we do not go to war to take dominion over countries but to set them free and to enable the people to live where there is dignity afforded every individuals. Lord God, You are the God of peace and yet Jesus said He came not to bring peace on earth but division. You know and have known that as long as this earth exists our battles are not against flesh and blood but against the principalities and power in the heavenly places in this present darkness. None of us want war. And yet, unless both sides seek the same peace without putting up a fight we set ourselves up to be conquered. All these things You know Lord God because this is how You have created it to be. Lord God, we THANK YOU for our strong military. We thank you for how they are standing up for us. We thank you for how they serve sacrificially whether the people support them or mock their work because they understand the job set before them. Lord God, we thank You for every generation who has gone before and served, every current family serving and every generation to come. We thank you for our recruiters on the front lines at home. We thank you for every single patriot You are calling up to duty, to stand up for our troops here at home and cover their backs while they stand up for us over there. Lord God, this is Your plan. Nothing can thwart Your purposes. Call us forth, show us what we are to do and we will stand up. Lord God, we are up against a group which supports a plan contrary to yours, therefore at its root we are up against your supernatural enemey. Lord God, this does not mean these people are evil, but their works do NOT support Your kingdom purposes. Lord God, we know we can accomplish NOTHING in our own power so we want only Your will for ALL our prayers and actions. We know that when we are in Your will, then Your power and presence goes with us and the results are astounding. Give us Your strategy. You promise if we will seek You, then You will be found. Well, we’re seeking! We also trust completely in You and know that You already have the victory. So these anti-anti- folks can try whatever they want, but if we will stand up as You instruct, the END result will be victory for Your kingdom. Lord God, in the name of JESUS we come against every strategy, spell, etc of the enemy and call on it to be broken. Lord God, we cannot do this, but You tell us that when we call on Your name, that it is done. So, Jesus’ we stand in the authority You give us and declare all these negativities BROKEN in Jesus’ name. NO MORE OF THIS. Nothing tried like this will have any effect. Lord God cause the media attention this receives to disgust more closet patiots to the point they are encouraged to stand up for Your principles in our lives as well. Reveal these people to ALL for who they are. Reveal their true motives. Break the spell the adversary holds over Berkely and any other area in our country and bring them to a knowledge of truth. Unite this country once again on Your principles for Your glory that more captives might be set free. Guard and protect each person and family who stands up to fight at home and guard and protect our troops in harm’s way. Lord God place in our heart’s the conviction of Your strategy, but cause us to walk it out by Your Spirit -not in our flesh. We need to operate as ambassadors of the King of kings - strong in Your power and will, but acting in the fruit of Your Spirit even as we re-take the land. Give us Your strategy Your way so that all would know that we do not operate by the low, scummy tactics of the adversary, but by Yours - mighty in mercy, love, forgiveness, gentleness and boldness for what is right. You are King. You are Mighty Warrior King! You will cause the victory. We will persevere until it is here and we will tell the story of how it is by Your power the battle is won.
