No and it will be interesting to see how long he holds it. This year is probably going to suck for the GOP Congressionally but I hope they are busy recruiting in Districts like MN 1 for 2010. This is another of the districts where the Dem ran as GOP Lite in 2006 and turned into John Kerry Jr in DC.
