What’s also discouraging is that 4 of the top 5 are primarily “pop” politics.

There are about 12 conservatives in that list.

I think you are vastly overestimating the number of conservatives on the list. I count six to eight and one of them is dead.

Worse than the fact there are only about 12 conservatives on that list, only Michelle Malkin and Mark Levin have come into their own during this decade. Everyone else on the list has been around more than a decade, there is no fresh blood in list!

Hannity does the image of Conservatism a lot of damage. He's not an educated man and it shows. He doesn't seem to have many fans here either.

Karl Rove is #9.

I’ve never heard of Jonah Goldberg. Apparently he’s popular with bloggers.

And apparently those bloggers have never heard of Barry Goldwater.

Michael Savage isn't really conservative. He is a caricature of what the left thinks conservatives are.

Nonsense. Savage is 100 times more conservative than Bush. He was the first to embrace the SwiftVets and have them on his program, and defend Sinclair, and without peer on the illegal alien issue. Don't believe the lies.

Are you KIDDING?? Hannity reaches so many people that otherwise might not even have a political CLUE, with his TV show. And Hannity is a hard-working BULLDOG for the conservative cause. He puts off the conservative elitists, yes, but his huge heart and amazing stamina is pure gold for American Conservatism. His influence is huge.
