It’s interesting that this came out on a Friday night in a foreign paper — suggesting the DBM in this country spiked the story. I hope the fact that it came out in a Murdoch paper means it will get a ton of play on Fox News Channel and particularly on Fox News Sunday. In spite of liberal mythology both lean too far to the left for my tastes, but they’re the best outlets to make some noise about this and force Bush’s hand. I’ve already dashed off a note to my RINO Congresscreep, not that it will do any good.

We don’t prosecute people for treason for talking with our enemies.

We don’t prosecute them for attacking our military and CIC, making seditious movies, etc.

This isn’t like it was in WWII.

I’m not defending it, I’m doing like Rush Limbaugh and saying “It is what it is”.

No amount of publicity on FNC or anywhere else will “force Bush’s hand” as you put it. Force his hand to do..............what?????

What has happened through many, many years is that the only means we have left to accomplish anything against our domestic enemies is to vote their party out of office, to put out tv and internet ads against them, to boycott their seditious movies, etc. etc.

It would be helpful if you could bring yourself to deal with the world as it is instead of as if it were still WWII.

Try this: Imagine if suddenly President Bush would start acting as your puppet and all you had to do is pull a few strings to get your way. So Bush has all the Dems like TK and Murtha and the whole raft of them including Hillary and Obama who told al quaida and Iran that we’ll be cutting and running from Iraq, and Jimmy Carter who met with Hamas and the list goes on - ALL rounded up and put in jail and charged with treason for which the penalty upon conviction is death.

You take the story from there. You write it. What do you think would happen?

Truly, the problem isn’t Bush. The problem is, what happened to America? People voted and put these traitors into office. Or they support them in many other ways and a large majority disapproves of President Bush while these clowns are very popular in their areas.

This Adam Gadan character, the American who converted to Islam and became the chief anti-American propagandist for al qaida, who works side by side with bin laden and Zawahiri...this guy is probably the prime example of how far you have to take something that goes against your own country in order to get charged with treason.

That’s the real world. Something happened to America, way way WAY before Bush, but it’s much worse under him because he is so hated by the enemy within and by many ordinary Americans.

But again, he’s not the problem. America and Americans are the problem.
