Sounds like they ticketed him for being there, not for what he was wearing.
At least that’s what I got from what is posted here.
Is that a private beach in some places?

Says he was given a ticket for trespassing, so the guy maybe made up the speedo issue for a lawsuit.

Just from what I’ve seen, THANK GOD there isn’t more revealing pics. YUCK... The only guys who can get by with a speedo are those who are in perfect shape and that isn’t a guarantee that they would look good.
